My toddler loves his pillow and I so wanted to give a 5 star review, but the case was infinitely less soft after washing once, according to instructions. This was extremely disappointing, given the price tag and organic cotton.
Also, I purchased the pillow protector, which is a little oversized compared to the pillow, which makes it difficult to get the case on without causing lumps.
The three stars are for my boys enjoyment of his "piyyow", but there is definitely room for improvement.
