Have returned and do not recommend for price point. I was super excited and keen on the elbow EMF option. You cannot mute noise and keep alerts on at the same time, meaning we would have to listen to our child’s low white noise all night through the monitor. Does not have motion detection so cannot be used to alert when baby is awake or climbing out of cot/ bed - therefore not that helpful once at this stage of development. Picture is good quality but lacks functions. Clunky to use with lots of buttons pressed/a process just to access the volume (which is not great in the night). Sorry this is way too pricy for something quite basic.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Drifthome monitor. We're truly sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations in terms of its available features.
Regarding the DriftHome machine prompting noise alerts whilst the white noise feature was on - This happens because the soundtracks played by the unit are real audio, similar to the sounds a baby might make. The VOX ( sound detection) feature can't distinguish between the two. Any sound, including the track itself, will trigger the alert.
To help avoid this:
- Lower the volume of the soundtrack being played. This is gentler on your baby's ear and less likely to trigger the VOX alert.
- Adjust the VOX sensitivity via the pairing unit screen. We recommend selecting a low sensitivity setting, rather than medium or high
Alternatively, you can turn VOX off while the sound is playing. Once your baby falls asleep, you can stop the track and reactivate VOX through the screen. Even with VOX turned off, you can still monitor your baby visually using the screen.
Regarding the motion detection, this particular model currently does not include that feature. However, we truly value feedback like yours as it helps us continue improving our products and better support families.

Purchased this camera on the 14th on January and the screen had cracked by the 23rd of January. The monitor had fallen from my nightstand onto carpet, in the middle of the night. My TweetyCam had far worse falls and never have I had this problem.
Ergopouch refused to replace the monitor. The quality of the screen is very poor. Like many items, they fall. This should certainly be able to withstand a fall from not even half a meter off the ground, onto carpet.
Horrible customer server and even worse quality.
