Please use your child's height to find the most appropriate and safe size for them. The Sleep Onesie should be fitted around the neck to avoid your child slipping through. 2.5 TOG and 3.5 TOG Sleep Onesies should not be used in a 5-point harness or car seat for safety reasons.

The most useless customer service ever encountered. The postal address had an error so I contacted them immediately to correct it. They never replied. Wrote multiple times. So the courier couldn't deliver and returned the package. Customer service didnt reply to my appeals. Then suddenly they replied once asking for the correct address (that had already sent them). I sent again and they replied in the same thread, with my address visible saying they hadn't received it!! Then I wrote 6 more times and they never replied. They have my money still. Don't trust this company!!!

We want to clarify the communication so far, as we've been actively trying to resolve this for you. We've responded to you on two seperate occasions- our first reply was sent after you let us know that your earlier emails had gone unanswered. At that time, we explained that we had not received any prior emails from you. The first message we received was via the contact form on our website, and we replied promptly.
In that reply, we asked for two things so we could resolve the issue quickly:
- The email address you used to send the original messages, and
- A forwarded copy of those messages along with the correct shipping address, so we could immediately send a replacement to the right location.
We also followed up a few days later, but unfortunately, we haven't received any response to either message. Without the original emails or confirmation of your correct address, we weren't able to verify the details needed to process the replacement.
Had we received a reply with the updated shipping address, we would have prioritised your replacement order right away.
That said, we want to ensure this is resolved for you now. Our Customer Service Team will contact you again to confirm a full refund for your original purchase.

We live in Victoria and some nights can get very cold here. I bought this 2.5 tog and the 3.5 tog onesie to layer under her sleeping bag. My little one sleeps warm and cosy. It's quality made and will last. Highly recommend.
