What to Wear
What is a TOG?
ergoPouch's range of pouches and pyjamas are all TOG-rated for warmth. TOG stands for 'Thermal Overall Grade' and is a unit of measurement for insulation and warmth of sleepwear and bedding. Put simply, the lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric; the higher the rating, the more padded and insulated it is. You would choose a TOG suitable for the room temperature of your child's sleep environment, to ensure they are comfortable and not overheating or too cold. Every pouch comes with a FREE room thermometer to help make the process simpler for sleep-deprived parents!

Suitable for room temperatures 14°C–19°C, the 3.5 TOG is our warmest pouch and is perfect for cooler climates and seasons. Add a 1.0 TOG layer and additional bodywear under for extra warmth when needed.

This sounds machine worked really well for us. We have just taken it on holiday and the rain sound is gentle and plays all night which is a huge win. The night light is also great with 3 settings too. It is compact and takes up very little room. I would recommend this for travel.

Love these swaddle sleeping bags, brilliant for settling our newborn and preventing her startling herself awake. Lovely soft fabric which washes well and the tog ratings make it easy to know what to put on at night in varying temperatures.
One of our favourite suits for bub. Zip to the back is so easy to check and change nappies, material is soft and stretchy. Plan to buy more in the next size as he grows too quick!
Saviour for chilly nights. An easy solution to cold weather in the middle of the night when it gets a bit chilly and you don't want to undress/dress them again. Super easy to just slip on them without too much hassle.
